Gil was born in the Philippines. His mother knew he loved television because whenever he cried as a baby, he always calmed down after she turned on the TV.
  Gil graduated in Fairfield University with a double BA in Theatre and Psychology but these were not enough to quench his thirst for the arts and his love for television.
  He decided to pursue a third BA at Columbia College Chicago for Television Writing/Producing. During a Production & Editing I class, he produced, shot and directed a music video entitled "Addicted" which garnered awards for excellence by the Television Department -- something he did not expect. Since completing his third BA in 2006, Gil has worked for numerous companies in the television industry.
  Gil currently lives in West Hollywood, CA and works for Big Boss Creative in Burbank, CA.
